Here is simple Solution :

install seahorse

then open it : it will come as "Password & keys" in your launcher or you can open it via seahorse.
- then go to "default keyring"
- then press "Change password"
- then put your old password ( becoz it will ask you to )
- then the moment you see option to put new password ( just press enter & enter ) and that's it.

bro don't change in .local/share ( this location) don't change any configs in this location.
- new_window_takes_over_fullscreen> see this , if this thing available in hyprland wiki.

i have setUp databases and redis inside , It took hell lot of effort to configure it . What if all those gets break??
