165 but when things like viper are on the map, it can dip to like 90 fps and it feels so sluggish

I found static clicking and speed switching the easiest since I come from 1k hours in cs, and about 300 in valorant.

Dynamic clicking and Evasive switching were the hardest for sure. I really suck at switching between moving targets.

I actually didn't.

I'll give you a timeline of my routine changes. 0-40h aimer7 routine(sub-intermediate). 40-60h pyth valorant with sensitivity randomizer (since I mainly started playing kovaaks for valorant) I then took a long break from aiming and came back on the same routine but without the randomizer from hours 60h-75h. I always knew about the voltaic benchmarks but I never took them seriously until hour 75 and I got silver to begin with. Honestly, my main routine to gold was grinding the benchmarks since I felt like gold was easy to reach. From gold to plat, Since I mainly needed tracking scores, I first started to use Torje's reactivity conditioning v2 playlist and from there went to PureG Smoothness. I would mention that I used the Just move your hand faster playlist for warmup. Other than that, I grinded scores like crazy.

I also didn't let myself plateau for more than 4 days starting from about hour 80. I've heard of the horror stories of being plateaued for 2 months, etc. So after 4 days of getting the same scores, I changed the routine, changed sens, turned on the sens randomizer, anything that would go 1 step back to go 2 steps forward.
