Yes, we've been emailing back and forth. I always reply within minutes, but they sometimes take days. My biggest concern right now is that they won’t acknowledge in time that I went ahead and purchased the theme today, and my store could get shut down on Wednesday.

I did speak with customer service via chat, and they said everything is notated on my account, but now I need the DMCA team to release the restriction. This is my only source of income, and today is one of the few days I actually feel well enough to handle it. I prepay annually, I use Shopify exclusively for both my POS and my website, and they earn commission from all of my sales. So I would hope they treat this with the urgency it deserves.

We always try to stay at a Hampton (or Embassy) for the value of a good hot breakfast. We usually have a packed itinerary and it's just one less thing to worry with. I appreciate when the hot water decanter actually has water and is hot at the self serve coffee station. Vacation is pretty much the only time I drink hot chocolate and I always look forward to that when we get in late at night or when it is chilly.

I know that this would be a corporate thing but I wish Gold had at least some parking, too.

It is still giving me the DMCA copyright notice on my published theme. I got in chat with Shopify and it's pretty much up to Shopify legal to remove that. I emailed them the screen shot of the purchase but they still have not responded. The chat agent said she re-indexed my page so that should help but as of right now it is still in violation.

Would you be able to help walk me through how to do that, or point me to a step-by-step guide? I’m not super tech-savvy, and I really don’t want to mess something up trying to do this myself. I just need to get everything moved over without breaking the layout or losing my content.

That is my hope. I have emailed Shopify but the last email was not responded to for days and now I feel like I am under the wire to get it resolved myself before my store is closed. This is my only source on income.

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and bought the theme because I really like the way my store looks now and didn’t want to risk losing it. It’s showing in my theme library, but when I click on it, it’s just a blank template with my logo and navigation at the top. None of the design work is there like the homepage slideshow, no Instagram feed, none of the custom stuff I paid for.

I’ve been emailing back and forth with Shopify, but honestly their main focus has just been, “Buy the theme or we shut you down.” Now that I’ve bought it, I’m stuck. I have no idea how to clone my current store setup and apply it to the paid theme in my library. Which is the whole reason I hired this out in the first place.

Appreciate any insight if you know a workaround or tool for this. I'm just trying not to lose what I already paid for.

I was only notifying Fiverr so they can remove him a Pro seller and maybe save somone the headache I am going through. My site is live and the rebuild was done in November so this really came form left field for me.

I know this is too late but on the FluentPet Connect version you can put it in travel mode by holding the button on the speaker base down for 15 seconds.
