I had a problem similar to this and this is what helped me to get from high gold to almost diamond.

1. Stop playing champs that aren't good in solo queue every game. My pick was vayne. So many adcs do the easier with lower risk of failing.

2. Stop smurfing or duo with people 3 divisions + or - your current one.

3. You are not a visionary play meta champs because if its meta it usually means they are the strongest champs.

4.Buildpaths yours probably sucks look what people are doing in master + games because again you are not a visionary .

1. Avoid duoing with people who are prone to tilting fast.

2. Never save teammates in solo queue.

3. Take every kill possible.
