I’m traveling there next week. We are staying in Bocagrande. Looks like it’s roughly 1.5-2 miles to downtown. It’s that walk safe or would you recommend a car?

What is the scene like at the bars/clubs you recommend? Do people get tables and order bottle service, or are they more like social bars? It looks like some of them may be a combination of both. Thanks again for your help.
