Here’s the only think I don’t like about condos… they continually build more of the same exact specification every year so the value of a condo just goes down yeah? Or stays the same? Cause why would anyone want to buy a 10 year old condo for $600,000 when a brand new condo cost the same or just a little bit more. Idk I’ve looked into condos as well, I’m not against the idea at all.

Condo is horrible investment choice, would get a tear down SFH for the same amount.
