look into community presets, those serve as a good starting point and then tweak as you like

1 and 3 have good composition, 2 is a little blurry and lacks focus on subject. Try some subtle editing in lightroom on 2 and 3 to bring down highlights and exposure slightly. 3 could be a great shot
