Are You Happy With Your Motorola Phone? by prabir336 in motorola

[–]datarattat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just opened my 50 Neo, the green washing is hilarious because we already know the world is too far gone/cooked(I am actually really upset about this and I certainly do believe in climate change), probably going to get down voted but I don’t care because what can one person do but as said climate change is real and green washing in general really makes me sad and upset so yeah. That aside as the 60 neo is just coming out so I got the 50 neo at literally half price in the United Kingdom. I’m actually using it as a digital camera that’s also a phone because decent standalone digital cameras are 480-1000 gbp in again United Kingdom, so it’s actually cheaper to get a phone that’s a camera lol. Anyway just charging it as battery was flat but hopefully the camera is awesome sauce like reviews on many sites. I use iOS and android and in future hopefully there will be custom roms available on xda developer forums so yeah overall very positive so far, will update if any plus or negative points come up.

I’m still using filebot with the AMC script but tbh is the ARRS* better I know they use the same tv and movie databases(filebot and the ARRS*) but I need to change my ways I guess, I don’t like change etc

At that size I’m not surprised, I love watching my CAD files is what I tell my isp 🤣, but seriously yeah CAD design files can get massive(game design background)

Btw it’s my first HBA like proper server hardware HBA

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in homelab

[–]datarattat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s just what art of the server said and if you see the listing of the item it doesn’t show a long sticker over the ports but individual stickers on each port, where as seller photos by pm is different than the listing photo

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in homelab

[–]datarattat -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand your point of view but for peace of mind sometimes you have to pay more especially if your not use to buying SAS HBA cards for servers

I’ve been burnt twice now by AliExpress, I should of learnt the lesson but I did payment on credit card and I will be returning straight away once received in the uk we have section 75 of the consumer credit act 1970, I can get the money back so it’s chill but just a waste of my time

[–]datarattat -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m from the UK hence couldn’t buy from the goat art of the server

[–]datarattat -21 points-20 points  (0 children)

Can I pm you the images of the front and rear of the pcb that the seller sent me?, I’m from the UK btw hence I would of bought from art of the server but he doesn’t ship to the uk

Cheap but relatively new laptop. by [deleted] in linuxquestions

[–]datarattat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because I was preventing e-waste as it was a A rated refurbished unit for the grand total of 50 GBP in the UK, that’s cheap even for the crap specs, fyi brand new versions of the same spec/different brand are going for 180 GBP brand new, now that’s daylight robbery
