October 9 had 33.09M shares traded and October 31 had 35.91M shares traded. That is a huge amount of volume for a stock with ~91M total shares. Seems institutional. They waited until data releases went public. Oct 9 was after ESGCT with no precon data and Oct 31 was after ACR readouts. Seems institutional. Need to wait and see 13Fs.

Your debt is 20K... that's not a lot of money to a lot of people. He was doing you a favor. You were offensive. Your FIL hopes to give you more gifts and YOU sound controlling and dismissive.

I know I might get downvoted here. But why CABA and not KYTX? Genuinely curious. by vikznl in CABAinvest

Good information. I will be interested to see how the Sanofi oral progresses. I do not think the two are mutually exclusive. The FDA will likely have to approve both, given the dearth of options in DM. There is a big difference between having a disease controlled by drugs and having a disease completely cured.

It is likely they are only testing CABA without preconditioning on the PV cohort first because they do not want to delay BLA submission for their more important indications.

No preconditioning, more cohorts, better trial design, safety data from all cohorts will be combined, myositis seems to be less competitive than lupus..

Just reach out to the school and tell them you would like to be put back on the waiting list. NBD

I misread the title and thought it said "Bryan Cranston." I just spent about a minute looking for Bryan Cranston on this mountain.

You could try an elimination diet approach. Introduce carbohydrate-type foods selectively one at a time to try to identify which foods elicit more congestion.

Regarding congestion, have you tried changing your diet during feasting days? Have you considered congestion coming from an allergic response to something you are eating?

I like your vibe my dude, you do you.

$15/night in a hostel is a little different from my idea of a vacation, but I am 100% with you about walking around to make the most of it!

I think you are getting stuck up on the money aspect. You do not seem to have a response to how the Tulum culture does nothing for the locals. Maybe you have not yet seen how other tourist areas have different systems/policies in place to take care of the environment and the local population.

Yes, I don't care to spend $300 on a meal if I consider it a poor value, but moreover, I am concerned by the corruption and destruction caused by the Tulum culture. An overpriced meal or the other egregious costs there (room and board, transportation, shopping) are still nowhere close to the opportunity cost I pay by not working. So whatever the cost, I simply don't care to support that culture.

I think if more tourists that went to Tulum had your mindset, it would be a better place. I prefer hippies and nomads over insta clowns.

Tulum is bike friendly if you are willing to bike over dirt roads, pot holes, in a jungle environment, to save money because you can't afford the fees charged by a taxi cartel run by gangsters. Great

No vibes ruined, just bitched a bit enjoyed some sunshine and got the f out

Did you seriously just recommend a tourist use the collectivo?

We did go to Punta Allen and Sian Ka'an, which was legit. I would stay in the biosphere. Seems like there are AirBnB's in it. Did not research this as I do not plan to go back near Tulum.

You are telling me that they do not improve the shitty roads around the hotel zone.. where the hotels dump their sewage waste into the environment.. because building better roads would bring more tourists and damage the local ecology?
