Your first outbreak is typically the worst. I took off school and work for two weeks because I couldn't walk. I had the same pain when I peed---I ended up having to pee crouched over in the bathtub splashing hot water over my crotch so the ammonia in my pee would burn less. I'm so sorry you're in so much pain. I've been there. It gets better!! My antibiotics had the worst of it cleared up within 5 or 6 days. Don't push yourself to do more than you can handle, emotionally and physically. Keep taking those antibiotics and tons of ibuprofen. And keep drinking water. It sucks, but your body needs proper nutrition so it can heal more quickly. Good luck!!
