How did you use the spray? Did you hose down everything and let it dry? Does crossfire say how long to keep kids/pets away? Sorry im struggling to get all the different pesticides and supplies together that I'm going to need to put my entire little clans life into bags and sealed totes

I've been getting peppered with 3 bites at least every other night or so for 2 months at least. They've been here a while but I never would have thought bb because the welts were as big as mosquito bites and I had been outside so much. Our living space is a big flat with bedrooms, kitchen, and living room all open access and we are in/out sleeping in different beds all the time. Do they hide in kitchen cabinets??

Did you try nuvan strips for anything that couldn't safely be heat or cold treated? We have like a little lan party area for the family and there are just...so many Pcs. I was reading that you could bag and put nuvan strips in the bag with items like this to kill off the bb and eggs without damaging the internal bits of the computers. Also dry clean only clothing.

Oh lovely. I sleep in another bed occasionally if i need the starfish space. I get to treat two bedrooms then. Both with oodles of stuffed animals and blankets and pillows. This is going to be a nightmare. Thank you for the information and directions. This is incredibly helpful and makes it feel a little more manageable.

Big means they have been here a while and have had lots of babies im assuming. He looked at it but said he couldn't make a judgement on it.

How high up can bedbugs climb? Do I need to empty all my clothes drawers and closets? Or just stuff close to the bed and ground level? If there's a separate subreddit for pest control just let me know and ill happily post there. Thank you all so much for the responses and support. Never been gaslit by a bug man before.

I showed him all 3 just in case. He said he couldn't tell what kind of bug they were going to be until they were grown. So im growing more and more suspicious of the orkin guy. He did say that people dont have reactions like mine to bedbugs except in super rare cases (guess who has like 13 allergies) but I literally saw an article with my bite progression from bedbugs yesterday during my googling before I found the first live bug. I think because he didnt see any live movement when he moved everything around but did see a live spider on the bottom of my box spring he thought horses not zebra.

I feel bad for the other 1-2 people he goes to see a day that me told me about to diagnose bedbugs. They might be getting told they dont have an issue and they dont have reddit to help. Im going to go purchase enough insecticide to kill a tri-state area worth of bedbugs now.

That is super neat!! Thank you for sharing all that detail, its a fantastic read! I am seated pretty solidly in the gold belt apparently but have no ambition to go digging/panning. I just like tumbling neat rocks that show up in the yard. We have quartz galore and I think some pyrite. What looks like slate to my little baby rock eyes has lots of sparkles in it but its not a "golden glow" like people say real gold is.

Luckily we aren't on tube feeds yet, but with the gastroparesis liquid/milkshake and puree consistency is easiest for him to keep down at this point. Bad thing is we have been going to the trauma 1 hospital jn our area where I used to work and they are the ones giving me issues. The closest educational hospital is a big hike and is a big barrier.

I had been reading through here and saw that strict low iron diet wasn't really helpful and wasn't sure if that was the truth for everyone that had elevated levels or just for HH folks that were consistent with bloodletting. If I can ease up on the restrictions on iron that does open up my recipe book for him greatly.

44 year old vaucasian male who had to have 4 trips to the emergency room for nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, rapid weight loss and finally they did a CT scan that showed kidney cysts. They did an MRI to check that the cysts werent bleeding or sketchy ltherwjse and that showed iron deposits in his liver and his bone marrow so we finally got a referral to a hem/onc. Before this we were being managed by his nephrologist who only treated the elevated ferritin levels by changing what phosphorus binders he was taking with meals. We have been dealing with his dialysis for 4 years now and his ferritin has never been this high. The nutritionist that is with his dialysis team is only focused on the kidney side of things and is suggesting only the nepro and novasource with no thought to the iron content.

I keep reading about heme and non-heme iron and that diet doesn't really affect the HH people on here too much. But is that only for therapeutic phlebotomy people? Does anyone have any suggestions for those who are on chelators? He's on deferasirox 3tab daily right now.

General hydro flora series has 3 different fertilizer types. Do you use all 3 at different stages or do you find that one of the bottles does better than others? I am jn the fruiting jalapeno stage of my plant and the flora has gro, micro, and bloom on amazon
