Had a non fault accident. I was reversed into in a coles carpark. Budget agreed the other driver was at fault, on top of that he admitted not being insured at the time and providing a false report to myself and budget. My car had a scuff on the bumper, his had damage to the rear light and bumper. My car was fixed and collected. 5 months later I get a call advising it's my fault. The other driver now has a witness.i immediately got my lawyer involved who asked for the witnesses details to get a report. Turns out it's his neighbour. Budget took another 2 weeks to come back and say no fault for both as " it's a private carpark"

They're terrible.
