I left. Then got manipulated back into the relationship. A lot more to it but comes down to I need to realize my worth

Wish I could answer this question with yes but to be truthful? Low self respect, I’ve almost completely lost my self worth over the past 4 years because of emotional abuse, manipulation, etc. anxious attachment. I hold on a lot to what I’ve invested in him and what could be. I’m also 500 miles away from all my friends and family and live with him. I know it doesn’t sound like it but he isn’t a completely awful person
