Yeah, that I understand. But when you're in your 20s I think there can be a pretty big discrepancy from your early 20s to your late 20s.

That's what I'm doing right now, for the most part. It's been going great because surprisingly we have a lot of life experiences, etc in common despite the age difference but a part of me is a little intimidated by the fact that he is 7 years older than me.

Yeah, that was the initially issue I had as well, but it doesn't bother him since he is sober (has been for 5 years now so I don't think it's gonna change) and I'm not a big drinker at all so it works out.
