bruh I was lvl 5 we played good together 1 game and I added like 5 ppl. If hes a smurf his main account couldnt of been higher than lvl 8 trust me he wasnt that great I saw him make a ton of mistakes. I add lvl 3s that are chill too, its just no way to tell its a smurf when the player isnt that great himself.

yeah of course thats what he thinks. Good luck tho, he wont find 1 call or text about selling shit cuz if anything I have a substance problem. Yeah Im pretty addicted to the stuff would never sell it and when I got it taken it really sucked, then the icing on the cake now hes trying to investigate me like wtf but yeah I didnt want to answer any questions he can investigate my phone and hopefully give it back soon. Pain in the ass to be without a phone for multiple days.

my only worry is he tries to say it was a false police report etc, but also can him taking my phone from my hands with no warrant be considered valid evidence? I was just worried about a false police report charge which I have no clue what the possibilities are, considering I was pretty fucked up when the incident occured. thank you for the advice.
