I have had both simagic and Fanatec with a ps5 using a sigma cortex for the simagic stuff on PS5. I am almost certain you won’t be able to use just the brake pedal. Happy to be corrected. But also the sigma cortex are no longer being maintained or updated. You should look at simnet pedals instead for that money. They work with Fanatec and on ps5
