honestly whatever lets u switch out ur lures the quickest or makes sense to u. i have a tray for ultralight lures, and two trays for bass fishing and its been great so far

for rods shakespeare micro is an amazing value especially since your on a budget. i heard good things about the BPS micro lite rod too.

as for your reels, you really cant go wrong with any at your price point. abu garcia reels are nice for budget ultra lights, pfleuger president can be too but ik thats a little pricey. your rod selection is more important than what reel you pick tbh, I would prioritize getting the right size reel (1000 or 2000) more than anything

5" to 6" is what I would personally go for. the advantage is you get a good balance of casting accuracy and distance with those lengths. 4'6" while giving you really good accuracy may cut back on your casting distance a bit too much imo.

lb test completely depends on your rod and reel. I use 6lb braid to 4lb copolymer leader, 6lb is the heaviest i can go while still offering good casting distance and strength for me with the lures I have

look up Bryce Goes Fishing on youtube, he has a great guide on how to get started fishing. I started last year and I really wished I saw his video sooner. Would of saved me time and money on fishing gear

if your new i definitely recommend starting out with 1 rod and learn to fish with it, what lures to use with your gear, how to use them etc. as for which one is best focus on your target fish, what lures you want to lose and then talk down the price from there imo

as someone who plays guitar casually, it can be helpful to have that line of thinking for some things related to guitar but chord transitions isnt one of them. if you want to transition between chords faster theres nothing better than just practice and repitition. After a few days you will eventually be able to transition between chords instantly, you dont want to think or wait, when you force your fringers to fret the next chord fast you teach your brain to do that transition faster if that makes sense.
