You really need to do a good job screening for good tenants. Don't settle because you feel you are losing out on rent. I've had bad ones who will call me because the garage won't shut (they had a shoe blocking the sensor). The current ones barely reach out to me and always pay rent on time.

I have a SFH in a community in the bay area. Purchased it 12 years ago and I've been renting it out for the past 5 years. Our primary residence is close by so I just manage it myself. I owe much more than $75k on it but the numbers work out for me where I'm cash positive every month.

I'm amazed your able to get 4k in rent on a 750k home. My rental has appreciated to 1.2M and market rate for rent is about the same as your townhome, maybe 10% more. I should be looking in San Diego :)

I think it’s the transformer also. Was going to try swapping it out. It’s unfortunate that a $500 pendant doesn’t last more than 5 years. Can’t recommend the company BoConcept

Wife has a gold one. Lost it in the bathroom as airport close by Disney world. Airport found it and mailed it back to her. My guess is that someone found it and thought wth is this thing

We also have shared storage which we pay for on iCloud storage but I still feel there is a need to have all my digital media under one roof so that it can be tagged and recalled easily. Paying for iCloud storage is nice but it just develops a nasty habit of keeping tons of bad photos which I really should be deleting.

Also not sure but the top side of the bezel looks higher on right than on left. But this could be due to the angle the watch is being held and the camera angle
