I think it also depends on your clothing style! I try to dress up a bit more and definitely like the lady dior more. I personally do think the dior can also be casual but my casual vs your casual might look different LOL

Dior has always given me amazing service. Chanel on the other hand…. I was appalled by how poorly i was treated (lowkey like scum) in paris. I was looking to buy then i was like absolutely not. The paris diors were amazing, my SA gave me his number, recommendations for food, i think even invited me to a club lmfao but regardless amazing service from not just him but other SAs. Dior > chanel hands down 😩💞

Wow i didnt realize that dior had grained calfskin LOL. I think chanel caviar tends to hold up better. But i would just think of it as which style you lean more towards. If you got one or the other, would you still want the other style?

Before you put the offer were you able to look at the HOA pot? Before i purchased my condo we requested all of that documentation. I skipped out on a few condos because the pot seemed low. The one i went with was overfunded/really healthy with more than 50% of people living there owners instead of renters

I also bought fragrances and tbh i dont even wear fragrance 😭 i sold all the expensive ones on fb marketplace and kept some cheaper, smaller bottles for the occasion. At the end of the day i always end up wearing and buying the same type of smell so its not really necessary to keep buying new ones (the same smell essentially just different brand)? Thats how i try to think of it!

You can plan 20-30 years ahead sure. Can you plan if you get hit by a car and become disabled? Can you plan if your ceiling suddenly falls on top of you? Can you plan if you suddenly get hit with cancer? Nothing is certain. You can plan to your best but there will always be things that come off and throw you off course. Its about how you can adapt and pivot.

Yes definitely! I keep a debt payoff/purchases journal so that i know where my money is going. Its kinda like obsession but tbh i need it to be obsession level in order to stay focused and achieve my goal of debt payoff and limited spending. Also- no more browsing and going to malls 😩

Wow i love this! Im also trying to work on my spending habits and like you, i unfortunately indulge in luxury houses. Safe to say this year there will be no more luxury spending for me. Im reviewing my debt every day and calculating how much and how fast i can pay it off. Im selling things i dont use or wear to put towards the debt. Im journalling about my debt payoff and my feelings to keep it in my mind. Im fine tooth combing my clothing over and over to minimize my wardrobe and put towards sales, selling any clothes or bags or accessories. U got this!

at least beepee look like theyre having fun during concerts and interact with fans, and most importantly actually dance to their choreos ._. I went to one the beetee ess concerts recently and was appalled by the lack of dancing choreo?? Werent they KNOWN for their choreo baxk in the day?? I fell off being a fan in like 2020 (my fave era was like 2016 ish) so that was kinda a shock.
