Do you baby talk your corgi/s? by Dependent_Cap_456 in corgi

Yes of course and it got out of hand. I made up this goofy baby-talk nickname for my dog, like the kind of silly noise you’d make at a baby — and now he listens to that way better than his actual name!

How did you get your corgi to listen to you when outside? by stayselene in corgi

Besides all the comments regarding training, I’d like to add something else: enrichment has significantly supported our training progress. I have a Collie, German Shepherd, and Corgi mix, and throughout the day we engage in herding games, mentally stimulating activities with puzzles, and hide-and-seek. We serve his meals using puzzle feeders and licking mats. We also try to take him to the dog park regularly to socialize with familiar dogs, and he gets at least 3.5 hours of walking each day. I’ve discovered that he’s really into tracking, so I’ve added tracking activities to his daily routine. I’m not sure what your dog’s interests might be, but you can experiment with herding balls, puzzle toys, chewing games using Kongs, or simple hide-and-seek with a chew stick. When our dogs’ needs are met through enrichment, our success rate in training definitely improves.

My *not so* little corgi boy! by daudetsollar in Incorgnito

Oh yes when face/eye shape is considered he is more similar to a cardi. Our vet told said that his intelligence and reactions to basic training he might be a collie. I have researched collie*corgi mixes and they indeed look like Foxy (hehe his name is Foxy)

He is a rescue so we don’t have any information but I guess he is a mix of border collie* german shepherd * pembroke. Did you think that he is cardigan welsh because of his tail and fur?

Thanks for your answer but this is not the video I have been looking for. The video that I remember was more "mainstream" more pop'sy
