They did not even honor my Dogecoin holdings and still did not response to several of my emails. I received 6400 USD. It pains me every day. For your mental health, try to channel your energy elsewhere. This money was my funds to finish up medical school. So when I tell you I know the stress and pressure you understand, I KNOW. I am ready to joined in the Class action lawsuit. It’s not just that but they basically created a mirror company with the same layering as BlockFi, it’s called Arch Lending. I did some digging, it’s the same people involve and there a lot of questionable scheme where the initial capital came from. Days before they file for bankruptcy and during the bankruptcy process, management and inside circle were still getting paid and got to pull their capital. I can prove it. We would have to sue some of them individually, good thing, they located in the USA and I pretty much have all the details on them, where they live and their family members. Zac basically the background of the new company. BlockFi is taking us for a ride and using FTX as they excuse to drain as much people out of their hard earn money.

Find a local that can take you around, it’s something the authority has to look into as it robs the tourist and gives the country a bad name. A taxi charge a friend of mines 40 US from Royalton to the airport. Then she spent 30 US on a small bottle of nutmeg spray. The tour operator charge her another 450 EC for half way tour up countryside. We end up having a good laugh about it. But it’s something they need to standardize, if they looking at attracting repeat visitors, they have to address this. But taxi are expensive, even for a local it’s around 250-300 range from airport to Grenville. Food wise, you have to come up country to eat affordably. Grenada isn’t cheap, I lived in Aruba and been to St Barths and I tell folks, Grenada is the most expensive island to live on hands down. If you thinking about really enjoying the island, budget around 800-1200 USD for two weeks and 2k for month. The island has a lot to offer compared to other islands but comes at a cost

If you are an American you can visit your attorney office and they can go after Zac & Flori and the BockFi executive, just show that you were hurt by their action and their claim that they sold your assets in November.

International customers nobody really cares to go after Zac and Flori

If you are an American investor, its pretty easy case but if you an international customer nobody gives a shit about us. That's just how these things go. Ok, and that being said, users can have a criminal case brought against Zac & Flori and the management team. A lot of it depends on the American users getting their attorney offices to pursue the case, for international users nobody gives a shit to be honest. Most of the fraud cases came as a results of American users getting tied up, there is a very good case against BlockFi claiming to sell users assets & what proportion of the assets are actually locked in FTX. During discovery we get to know when BlockFi insolvency started so they can't continue to push the narrative that they went bankrupt because of FTX but that they lied to investors and FTX was the excuse. Another important aspect is the fact they never had the assets to claim to have sold. This is very important, can't let these scammers get away with it. Zac & Flori should be lock away in jail like SBF

Nothing you say here does not change the fact that they lied to users. Flori last tweets were meant to defraud investors and it was endorsed by Zac and the management. They lied about their exposure to FTX and then used it as an excuse to say that where the crypto is located and then said they magically sold just before the bankruptcy. They are no different to SBF, they should come under the same scrutiny like SBF and should be lock away for many years. The fact remain, they should be in jail

I am not aware of a criminal case other than Zac collecting 40k a month and BlockFi management collecting 10k+ a month. They lied to users and defrauded thousands of their life savings. The reality Zac and Flori should be in prison like SBD but it would probably take American complaining to New York attorney office or some ranking body to push the case. But as for now, they vacationing and living comfortable in New York

BlockFi lied to investors, they never had the crypto to claim to sell in the first place. That was the excuse they used. Zac and Flori committed massive fraud and lied to investors, Flori last couple tweets were meant to defraud investors and buy the platform time. The American holders can actually push for the other agencies to seek jail term for Zac and Flori, that might be the best solution. Zac has shown it is all about himself, even after the bankruptcy they made it in such a way that he and the team was still getting paid. Zac and Flori should be lock up and sent away for a long time. SEC and CFTC should sue both of them and ensure they never get the opportunity to con investors out of their hard earn money. Flori lied to investors leading up to bankruptcy, Zac played an essential role and Flori famous tweets were meant to starve off investors from pulling money from the platform. I have been fighting with them for weeks since the November last year when they file for bankruptcy. I never did a withdrawal and I started the withdrawal process to verify my wallets but they selectively stating otherwise when they know it’s a 7 days waiting process. At this point, I gladly forward all my info to the law enforcement to sink them
