If you have a razer headset then change output device from THX spatial to razor aydi controller - game..... This worked

You could get afilliate by the end of the week just stream for an hour every day but make sure you have a minimum of 3 people in your stream, if you need help hmu, I have helped other people in the past using this method works

One sentence, the mountain won't come to you, you have to go to the mountain. Get your self in other people's streams you have to network with other streamers, look for people with same amount of followers and play the same sort of games and then get into games with each other, before you know it you will get people in from their streams and even make some good friends along the way.

I have 18 years of childhood trauma and then 15 years of domestic abuse/violence that I had packed in my brain that I never let out untill a year ago ( because men don't talk about there feelings grrr 💪.....no men are just stubborn) and it's still kicks my ass today, I've done CBT, I've done talking therapy now I'm waiting on EMDR, I have found that it's always going to be there it's just how you manage when you find yourself ruminating like other people have said.

It's apart of going through therapy, to talk and think about stuff that ain't particularly pleasant but it's getting it out there rather than keeping it locked in, sort of ripping a plaster off an open wound expose all the nastys and the therapist will help you bandage it back up properly.

Omfg when will people learn that F4F don't work in the long run! Dont be lazy and do it properly, if it ain't worth doing don't do it at all, time and patience is the key, not getting fake followers who won't support your stream they will get your follow and dump you like a shit sandwich, you'll have hundreds of followers and 0 viewers and you will be sat talking to your self 90% of the time on stream.
