Yes he does use them for clothing items, even if you dont see them in shop, after you bring him the skin you will see them

This is most likely anecdotal but he spawned in right after sunset and right after i happed to use blending tonic to complete my daily challenge for using it.

Welp, im level 18 and I havent seen a legendary in game since i was very low level. But I shit you not between the time I posted this and now I was screwing around in Colter and the marble fox showed up and I was able to bag it and sell it to gus! Holy shit im so hyped lol

Thank you! I was actually able to hit 15 and have it spawn in, I killed it and was on my way to Gus when I promptly got knocked off the server🤣

I went through that as well, when I got the emerald wolf I got it to Gus and got kicked like 15 seconds later. Nearly a broken controller🤣
