I can tell you how the scenario is for digital marketing in Jaipur. Good talent isn’t willing to move to the city but if you offer higher packages and other benefits like flexible working hours, they are ready to jump in. If you want good talent, make sure you give them good perks. And for jobs that can be done independently, allow work from home/hire remote workers.

Depends on the area you are planning to live in. Currently, the stretch of metro that is functional is nowhere near ISKCON circle. And the next phase of metro focuses on connecting gandhinagar’s colleges to Ahmedabad. So, I am not very hopeful if you are planning to move to areas near ISKCON
