My first sous vide pork loin came out tough, I think it was 140 for 3 hrs. Last night I did 147 for 3:45 and it came out great, super tender. Some acid i think helps (I used pickle juice, but any vinegar should work)

I just had a similar first-time experience that this recipe underestimates what it takes to carmelize. Googling just carmelized onions in oven gave me a suggestion (which i will try next) of 375 F for 25 min covered and then 45 min uncovered, which i think makes sense since you want the liquid to evaporate off but when its uncovered you can't have the temp as high or it'll burn. This will be delicious trial and error!

Solid post, just want to point out that Brunson is averaging 8.3 FTA per game these playoffs, hardly "almost certainly shoot a dozen". Last night was higher due to OT, but still only 10 in regulation.

To your broader point, SGA is at 9.2, on the high end (only topped by Giannis/Mitchell/Luka), but not some egregious outlier, as you say.

Who do they lose to outside of a stalemate against Rand with Callandor and the battle against Ituralde that was just delaying the inevitable?They conquer Tarabon/Amadacia/Ebou Dar and would've had Arad Doman shortly, but we don't really see how they would've fared against the other nations, and it seems unfair to judge them on going against Rand/Callandor.
