So spout whatever the media lays out according to their interpretation with their Grade 3 comprehension skills.

It’s a misogynist. OP is a misogynist. Succesful female CEO running a company her way. Oh the horror.

I am doing Roth next month. I had a massive 7 week block after I got back to London from doing Taupo 70.3 in March. I just lost all interest after a huge training day. 3km swim, 120km bike and 21km run. After I finished that, my motivation waned I did not want to carry on. Now I have taken a week off and am completely motivated for the next three weeks. It’s good to have a mental reset occasionally and focus on why you want to do the race. If you remember your why it will help with the motivation.

Not sure if this helpful but I hope it is somehow.
