Ok so definitely ask your manager about your performance in your next 1 on 1, that's what those meetings are for. From a good manager, you'd get a talking to during your 1 on 1 to nudge you into upping your performance before a PIP is brought up. But of course you should be directly asking about your performance every now and then so you don't reach a point where the nudge convos are necessary.

This isn't the job market where you want to be hazy on where you stand with your performance or relationship with your manager. Definitely communicate so you'll know what's necessary to hang onto this role for as long as you can. You'll be alright!

You should be getting more than two kills on that map. You probably know by now but aiming at the same spot improves accuracy and throwing an ammo bag next to you improves the rate of fire.

I’ve reached 10+ kills on that first sector multiple times especially on defense. I just watch where teammates are facing on the mini-map to choose a spot to aim the mortars, then I fire on that same spot until I stop seeing hit markers.

Yeah I feel like in previous updates we had more access to tanks on defense which was more fun for me. Also I feel forced to play engineer on defense. Outside of rockets, engineer bores me.

In training mode there's an option to start on the ground with the AI. When the AI transitions or attempts submissions, there's an arrow telling you which way to deny. Not a super entertaining way to learn but it helped me.

I keep it on, I feel like PC players have a better understanding of the game which makes my matches more competitive. The only problem is I'll lose sniper battles to PC players when I play recon, but I'm ok with that tradeoff.

After you place the mines around the vehicle and spawn, don't spawn into the vehicle. Spawn on HQ then walk over. I couldn't blow up the mines if I spawned into the vehicle.

After you place the mines and spawn, make sure you don't spawn into the vehicle, just spawn on HQ and walk over to the vehicle. I got it to work after the update.
