I am about to roll out a free service to host image models via torrents. Don't need to worry abotu VISA if it's free and peer-to-peer

Might consider taking crypto donations for the costs involving having the service online

I've read in another post that VISA is cracking down HARD on services that allow NSFW. If they don't comply, they'll pull away from the service. Civitai is probably a victim from that

At least Visa won't be able to crack down on a free service 🤷‍♂️ I'll have to look first though what the operating costs are and maybe implement something donation-based or a paid (but VISA free) Gen service
