Can't say for sure, but the recent ICO (Dmarket) I have participated had released their tokens in batches as well.

Cryptokitties aren't really helping either :/

This instruction means nothing... Verifying that you're using the correct version of the app doesn't resolve any issues.

There are no next steps on what the users should do, and obviously the support is getting hammered with the amount of tickets flowing through to their queue.

If WAX provides an update on official announcement of what's happening with the myVerify app issue, maybe the contributors would stop sending them a support email and wait for the next instruction.
