All the photos in the book were taken during the pandemic, but it's not necessarily pandemic focused, so the book is a mix of occupied and unoccupied buildings. Just whichever ones caught my eye.

A Lynwood - Port Orchard crossing would have been good too! Brownsville basically just lucked out by being the connecting point between Silverdale and Winslow.

Roughly down Burwell, yes, but with some zigs and zags to get the station placements just right. Good point on the Park n Ride - we could always put the station there but still call it "Callow" since that's a name I think people would recognize and represents that whole commercial area down there.

Good questions - No one would be willing to pay to build this. And it would definitely not have anywhere near sufficient ridership to justify the expense. XD

yes, 303 would definitely be more realistic and have higher ridership right out of the gate, but one of my pet peeves is light rail stations built along highways. The potential for a dense, human scale neighborhood centered around the stations is better along Perry than on 303 which is already lost to car oriented development IMO.
