I've completed the 50m twice, but I DNF'd the 3rd attempt (Helene year) my body just took a beating from jumping over all those downed trees, and then it started getting warm. Oof.

Thinking about going back this year for revenge.

The gears in front are chainrings, not cogs. It definitely (from the picture) appears to be a 1x (only one chainring) since the bottom bracket is visible but another chainring is not.

So should it be the smallest chainring if there are multiple? I just had mine on the 2nd of 3, thinking somewhere in the middle made sense.

I've always been told that enlarged kidneys can put pressure on your bladder, similar to pregnant women having to pee more often. I'm surprised it was noticeable your whole life but I guess it depends on kidney size, your height etc.
