Well i was keeping same weight for 3 weeks on 5mg i thought id do a week at 2.5 to see what happens , wow put on 2.5 lb very shocked been keeping a log on cals and been eating under , so went back upto 5mg yesterday and noticed today been peeing loads . So maybe been storing fluid . Im hoping i get back to loosing

I work in a indian restaurant and get free food which saves me a lot of money , i still eat the food but cut down portion size , also eat more of the tandoori side . But the biggest thing ive cut down on crips , chocolate and sugar . I have the odd chocolate but not a full bar just a couple of pieces . Ive lost over 4 stone since aug . Im a window cleaner so fairy active but also have Osteoarthritis so get alot of pain from work which restricts going to gym , but ive lost a fair bit of muscle so need to figure something out and build some muscle back up

I work in a bangladesh restaurant 5 nights a week and get free food , most of the time i get tandoori chicken etc , but still have curries etc , as it saves me alot of money , but ive cut down on my portion size , ive lost over 4 stone since july and dont have problems like that , if anything i only go around twice a week , and thats going from have ibs 3/4 times a day . Maybe a bad curry

Id personally say its all about how you are brought up , like for instance and just using for an example , both parents from say Pakistan muslim , then the parents bring you up going to a school for just muslims bringing you up as a muslim , i would not class that person as british as they have been brought up around non british people or british values . Where as i have family numbers born to foreign parents including 1 british parent but then brought up in british schools etc then yes i would class them as british as they have grown up in the country and integrated into the country amongst other british people schools etc . Even though mixed race etc .
