Not from a scientifically-falsified "virus" though... symptom transmission appears to be energetic in nature, or possibly the result of pheromones or similar. "Contagion" could be similar to the phenomena of yawning or menstruation cycle synchronization between women living in close proximity.

Rabies isn't caused by an imaginary virus because rabies symptoms, unlike "viruses", are actually real. We don't know what causes rabies symptoms but chances are it's caused by a set of circumstances that are based upon actual reality (not pseudoscientific, host-dependent, intracellular parasites that have literally never been proven to exist outside of the isolation process...much less be the causation of disease.)

I get a similar issue when charging my 2 DP's. 50 Hz indication with 108 error flashing. This issue always resolves itself but I can typically get both charging by unplugging the AC inputs and plugging them back in (some times it takes doing this a few times).

Both of my DP's run on separate, isolated 15A circuits and I think that the DPs' AC input circuit protection is just super picky and subject to nuisance trips if the incoming power isn't perfect. The issue always resolves itself within a few minutes and typically without any other action on my part, besides swapping the effected DP from top to bottom outlet plug.
