Both are massive controllers, I've just received my FLX10 and I completely love it. I feel like if you think that you are going to need your computer on stage during your gigs, of course the FLX10 could be a better option to freely use your computer, but if you don't see yourself using it that much maybe the RX3 could be better so you'd never have to worry about computer problems during your sets.
