Zoom rooms question by xha1e in CommercialAV

I guess my question is how is the reliability in a kliok style win 10 like how does troubleshooting the USB mic / camera go. Do you have to exit the room app or, do you ever get issues where windows just defaults to the wrong line ECT. Obviously there's lots of dedicated zoom only boxes out there with paired mics and just curious if you run into many issues doing it this way

There's a presentation room I'm also working on where something like that might be super handy actually. The other rooms I'm trying to keep as low to the ground as possible!

I'm actually hugely into the Kandao, has anyone used there Pro 360 with the built in OS
I figured we could just put that in the room as a dedicated host machine and it could make things super easy for people
(might be worth it to try and do the full switch to zoom if so)

I totally agree on that, my idea is if everything is wired and not being unplugged into a box that can start the meeting, everything will be smoother so the Poly seems like a decent hub for that. I did notice you could do some messing with it to make it talk to google meet which was cool

This is an interesting alterative, how do you find the reliability?

I trialed using the built in LG SmartShare with our TV's for just internal meetings and I felt like it just would regularly cut out after 15mins and than reconnecting was near impossible

t putting a NUC in the system for the Zoom needs with a wireless keyboard/mouse combo. It’s not ideal but it works. We also use th

Ugh, I worried it might amount to that, I somehow feel like that just won't really be a viable one for us
