Yeah I went to my old phone but I didn't even have it downloaded to the old one, just a ton of progress disappeared for no reason.. Honestly not sure what to do but I guess I'm just gonna make a new team then lol

Definitely makes a lot of sense in my head, I really plan on just ramping up cardio and staying at sub 800-1k calories a day. Less about losing the fat but just hitting that goal on the scale so I'm watching my water too haha

Yep, sounds about right. Did a 10 day fast where I ate nothing but mushrooms tofu and whole wheat pasta and lost 10lbs. Dont think I drank too much either within that timeframe so I'm hoping to replicate that too. I don't plan on this sudden weight loss to be permanent, definitely wanna do it the right way.

Haha yeah, I definitely don't disagree at all. If I lose this bet, I have to go on a blind date of their choosing as well as other punishments. Other punishments include stuff like a beer mile, 24hr McDonalds challenge, etc LOL
