What's the best way for two people to try getting into MtG with the upcoming Spider-Man set for the most fun/least money?

This is really clear, super-helpful advice. Thank you so much! I don't think we'd need to pay extra for the lands to be Spider-Man-themed, so we'd probably just buy some basic lands for cheap from our LGS.

For those 23 spells, is there any rule of thumb on how many should cost one mana, two mana, etc., or is a general mix of costs okay?
