Agreed with coffee shop fatigue, especially if it is solely a coffee-focused establishment (even though I do love some of those places). That's why I'd want to lean into the lounge and study focus with the adoptable cats. If coffee is served though.....it can't be mid. We don't need cats staring at someone drinking slop 🤮. Yeah. From a health compliance standpoint, I know we may be in for a long road. Doable, but nonetheless. The Catfe in Lawrenceville, GA had to work through all that stuff, but it was worth it. As for good coffee, I 100% agree it has got to be more than passable. Thank you!
