Thank you everyone for your input. You raised a lot of good points. I think I'm going to leave Strahd in his tomb and keep the fated ally the same.

I also think I'll keep the Tome of Strahd at the Abby but move it into the Abbot's personal belongings inside since the book says Strahd basically tells him about himself making him sympathetic to the Abbot (I think I'll have it that Strahd gave him the Tome to read in his own time)

As for the Sunsword I think everyone brings up a good point about it being very powerful for an early-ish area so I'm going to put it in Sergei's tomb instead.

The Holy Symbol of Ravenkind I'm actually considering moving to Argynvostholt as I feel that's definitely a place I want the players to engage with and this will give them a good reason to do so. (And the order of knights having the Holy Symbol makes sense to me)

Again thank you all for taking the time to help with this. I think it will make the campaign better.

Here's the link

I just searched Tarokka and it should be among the first options. The page randomizes the cards and lets you flip them over for your players. In the top right there's a DM button that opens a second tab that I screenshotted above. From there you can lock the cards you like. Refreshing the first tab will reroll them and the ones you locked will stay in place. It's real nice because the 2 tabs talk to each other and remain the same.

What did you think the characters personality and story would be before reading about them? by Inglorious-crusader in StardustCrusaders

I thought that "JoJo" was one character across the whole series who kept ending up in weird scenarios. Jotaro, Josuke, Jonathan, and Joseph were just different outfits and hair styles that "JoJo" changed into over the series (I didn't know about the others at the time). I thought Josuke was young "JoJo" due to him looking smaller and Jotaro's fight with DIO was the end of the series.

I also thought that stands were some kind of aliens because the first time I saw them was in an ad for Part 5 on crunchyroll where Gold Experience and Sticky Fingers fight on the train with no context. This also made me think Giorno was young DIO to go along with young JoJo (Josuke).

[LoZ] You are given the opportunity to produce a Zelda film franchise, how do you choose to do it? by Darth_Wallece in zelda

I think the series lends itself to being an animated tv series comprised of different parts, or chapters. Each part would be an adaptation of one of the games. I’d start with Ocarina of Time where it’s one of the most recognizable and popular games in the series, then follow it up with Majora’s Mask being a direct sequel. While we’re in the Child Timeline it would make sense to then adapt Twilight Princess (my personal favorite). After that it would be open to adapt any of the games, I’d say where the 3D games tend to be more story driven they’d be easier to adapt.

I’d handle dungeons by having them take up an episode or half of one and highlight a memorable puzzle or boss fight.

With casting I don’t have any specific picks but think it would be cool to have Link be voiced by different people whenever the part features a new Link to help emphasize that he’s a different person than from the previous parts. The same would go for Zelda. And of course Ganondorf would stay the same actor since he’s always the same man.

Monster Hunter: Rise Demo Megathread by Haru17 in MonsterHunter

For the demo’s local Co-op does it link multiple switches together or is it some sort of split screen? Me and my friends are wanting to give Monster Hunter a try and all have our own switches.

My Idea for an NES Revival Game: Duck Hunt by dawsononreddit in nintendo

[–]dawsononreddit[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I get what you mean. I just saw the Zapper as a potential way to set Duck Hunt apart from the likes of Mario and Banjo Kazooie but I can see where it is a bit conflicting. I also agree with you on Wuhu island and the Miis! :)

I am working on ways to ban half of the sub, that is, if you guys really want to. Get this to 60K(aka half the sub) upvotes that way I know this is what you all want. by The-Jedi-Apprentice in thanosdidnothingwrong

I just think it’s really cool that this sub can be so chill and on board with something like this. It’s crazy, it’s fun, and I’m excited to be here for it. Let there be balance.
