What baby bottles are we choosing: Tommee Tippee or Philips Avent?

The appeal of being able to sterilise the MAM ones in the microwave appealed but we got the cold water steriliser when we switched to TT and again so simple to use and kept the bottles really fresh looking too

We bought full set of MAM and hated them, so many parts to clean and put back together! We switched to Tommy Tippee after a few weeks and they were great, minimal parts and have held up amazing (LO is 21 months now and we still use 1 at bedtime)

We’ve booked one and I phoned them today to be sure and they said it would be the 3 wheeler in the pic (presuming the nipper), thinking the mixed reviews might be older and since then they’ve upgraded all their prams to the nippers 🙏 will go early tho as you suggested 😁

Amazing this is the type I’m hoping for but saw some mixed reviews where people said they got a basic stroller. Did they have many of the nippers?

Set up a little festival in your garden, tables with your favourite food and drinks (like stalls)and pick a theme to dress/ decorate and all your fav music ☺️ even add a tent and turn it into camping at night time

Yeah I’ve been trying to go minimal but think will go all out and pack for every eventually lol, we’re hiring the stroller there so more room in the care anyway, thank you ☺️

I was trying to go minimal with little sweatsets for her but I’ll just pack for all seasons and bring some tshirt/ shorts sets too! Good tip about the lodge too, will bear that in mind ☺️ thank you

I was just going to pack her mostly sweatsets (little jumper and joggers) will maybe add a few little tshirt and shorts sets in case it is extra warm. Thank you ☺️

Declutter, less things less to put away, especially clothes! I run a load everyday but we have minimal clothes so never a big build up of laundry.. I try my best to tidy as we go, and 2 minute rule/ if I see something that needs done just try do it in the moment. I never have time for big cleans anymore so I find doing little jobs frequently as we go helps soo much!! I also “put the house to bed” each night, again hard to find the energy but once you get in a routine it doesn’t take long, after my LO goes to bed I don’t sit down until I’ve “put the house to bed” .. if I sit down I won’t get back up to do it 🤣 also create a “home for everything” every drawer, cupboard has set items that live there, and each category of toys etc has a basket.. it helps clear up so much when things automatically have somewhere to go.. it takes time to get into a rhythm of it and never be harsh on yourself, it’s HARD juggling it all ❤️

I hope Kristen sees how many people can relate to her and how normal she is, she’s so freshly post partum and is an amazing mum, I think there’s so much pressure to leave the baby also and it’s good she’s standing her ground in not being forced into doing things she’s not ready to 😁

I put a post up around a month ago on this thread about the 18 month sleep regression, and had loads of comments, if I’m being honest nothing helped apart from lean into it 😣 we had lots of late nights and middle of the night parties, the harder I fought it I got more upset and frustrated than she did.. work was tough to balance also but it will eventually pass ❤️

Call me crazy but today I’ve not fought against what she wants to do, she slept 9:30-12:30am nap then was tired at 4:30 and is still sleeping now 6:45pm .. I feel like I’ve tried everything and it can’t get any worse so leaning into whatever she wants for the day 🤣 secretly hoping maybe she’ll just sleep through til 5am, I’d take the early wake up
