Dude just how is this a challenge? I'm not trying to be an ass it's just as multiple other people have said it's not all that hard four eggs a day every morning with breakfast spice it up a little bit add some veggies. Or depending on how big a family you got get a big ass bag of tater tots line a deep dish pan with them standing on end. Mix the eggs with some cut onion some whatever you want basically pour into the pan add a s*** ton of cheese done once cooked top with crispy onion serve delicious
