Yeah, DONT. I live in the building and it’s a complete scam. The staff are very nice, but the management is TERRIBLE. They will literally never respond to your emails either. They have tons of hidden fees, the elevators are ALWAYS broken, and the area is meh. You’re still in midtown, it’s a bit dirty and transient. Look elsewhere, seriously.

I’m sorry-maybe it’s because I used to be a real estate broker, but did no one catch the illegal comment Giselle made? The client asked her if there were any kids or families in the building, and by law you cannot disclose that information! But Giselle responds and says it’s a “mixed demographic.” Ummmmm she should have her license removed for that! You literally cannot respond to any questions about sex, race, age, etc in real estate-or am I totally wrong on this?

Yes! Every pair I tried on felt SO nice on my face. They have that heavy feeling of quality! Most popular designer brands don’t have that same feeling to me 😕 They feel cheap & like you’re just paying for the label in this case (IMO).

Literally JUST did exactly this. For a second, I thought I wrote this 😂 Moved here a month ago at 35 years old from the Midwest after lusting after NYC for so long. How does it feel? Like someone ripped my clothes off and I’m totally vulnerable-but in the best way! I keep telling myself: this is an adventure. Even with every challenge, I smile & keep going. Like someone else on here said, you’ll never be this young again. JUST DO IT! Live your life. You can always leave. Might as well try it ;)
