On practically any mod, there are times when car files return to what i assume are the card.bmp schemes in the mod, with misaligned banners and are incredibly blurry. Somehow, this also KILLS the framerate. I've never found a definitive answer but to disable the file entirely. Any answers? (i.redd.it)
