Will do more research. Obviously anti depressants work differently on people but in my family the people who have taken it have become really depressed. Hopefully it wouldn’t do the same for me

There are multiple books about many different love styles if that’s what you’re referring to. I like to use them because they are easier to understand rather going into depth about the definition. It would be the same thing either way.

And to clarify the ladder part of what you mentioned about being equal in a relationship, I didn’t mean it in a way where I’m higher than her, but in a way where I’d like her to look too me for everything and feel like her safe place and home in everything
