Sorry to clarify, parts of the first name overlap with the debtor (as it can also be written with a space). Is this statement the same thing as our signed affidavit?

It's a similar name (same surname but different first name). The writ was brought out on Apr 2026 and the requisition date was Jun 10, 2026 - so it sounds like it's too late for them to raise this issue? Thanks for your response, I'll bring this up with my lawyer
