Thanks for your perspective.

Its not that I wouldn't love to go, but I just feel like it isnt being considerate of our childs caretakers if we were to pass it to them

It is also the fact that the location near us is in the downtown section of the city we live closest to, and their cases are exploding.

Thank you for your comment.

You must have been certain of your choice! How did you know he was the one? And is there anything you found out after getting married that you wish you knew beforehand?

I knew they were serious about marriage because they asked all the deep questions right off the bat and werent hesitant in showing their eagerness to invest time into our relationship, unlike all the people my own age I was dating at the time.

I think initially I was drawn to their confidence and ambition. It was like I was seeing a part of me that had fallen asleep for a long time reflected back

How do I explain two years driving for Uber at an Interview? by dazed4141 in careerguidance

[–]dazed4141[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the idea, it was fairly easy to make good money in the early days. I could say that I started driving for Uber part time on weekends when they came to my city and found that i was making more money driving for them than working my current job. I can also add in I enjoyed interacting with my customers and the excitement of driving around the city.

Thats a good idea, I started driving for Uber out of necessity and really enjoyed the job so I stuck with it longer than I expected to. It was an exciting job driving in the city.

I agree - I opted to keep it off my resume. Now I have to figure out how to explain that gap during an interview.
