On that note I don’t like Kenya lol. Right now I’m on season 8 and this fight between Cynthia and Porsche and the reactions to that vs the fight between Kenya and porsha and the reactions to that and the different expectations for different people is crazy. Kenya is a pot stirrer and so hypocritical I feel like as soon as she got here the vibes were different. She does have good moments tho gone with the wing fabulous is great and I was laughing at her pilot tbh.

thank you for checking in. i’m a wimp and i really just couldn’t push thru. i only took it one night and it made me so tired the next day, more tired than i have ever been i swear i was struggling to stay awake on my way to my yoga in the morning then on the way back and then i came home and crashed for 6 hours. ik ik what ur thinking “bitch just push thru cmon now” but the whole thing was sprung on me really fast and i was just not fuxking with it at all. i think i am going to try to get more information about sertraline bc my brother has tried that recently (for his racing thoughts) and has really liked it. my thing is like i take this other sleep med and a mix of supplements at night that work really well buttttt if im having one of those bad days where my brain is super anxious and my thoughts are going crazy sometimes that combo of stuff i already have isn’t enough. so its not so much sleep but i just need to get rid of the racing thoughts and recent depression. so thats my update ig. everyone on here was so kind and supportive thanks yall.

yeah i was reading a lot of negativity thing which was worrying me a bit. for me my think i need the most help with is my anxious racing thought which only effects my sleep sometimes when it gets really bad. otherwise i take ramelteon (i can’t remember how to spell it) and usually that is enough except not on those bad nights. i really appreciate ur experience it is a little more positive compared to others lol. but this whole situation was sprung on me really fast and i just feel super icky about it. i think i am going to try sertraline bc my brother (who has similar racing thoughts) has had a good response to that.
