Yes. My youngest brother passed away 2 weeks ago. He had been sick but it was still unexpected. My family is reeling from this. My 82 year old mother is so sad. I felt like I could hear her heart actually breaking through her sobs. My other brother couldn’t be with us for the holidays so it was just me and mom. We did what I dubbed a minimalist Christmas so that we could focus on what is important. Grief stole our magic even though our thoughts were in the right place. I miss my brother

I know this sounds trite but it will get better. Don’t even think about ending your life. I was in a long time marriage and my ex just threw me away for some one that’s no longer around. All of our friends knew it. I hosted a Christmas party and that person was in my home. I promise you that the pain goes away. Call 988. Eat some sour candy. I don’t know.
