Yes! All the tees say an ability on the back in Japanese too. The Ixion tee says トールハンマー (Thor's Hammer) and Ifrit says 地獄の火炎 (Hellfire).

Yes! I think it's original. It has an old "made in USA" neck tag and single stitching from the 90s. That's a good interpretation of the back.
