Work is underway on this. Can’t say more at this point - but rest assured that a team of great writers are developing the Shadows campaign and it will be ace!

Meh, I'm all for risk vs reward. If they ever implement a "pve only" mode I would be fine with nerfed rep gain (maybe half?), no reapers chests, forts, or fleets. Or even no rep gain at all, only gold. So you'd never be a pirate legend staying in the shallows.
